Versatile Stepladder

Stepladders are on of those items at thrift stores and garage sales that I never pass up as long as the price is right because they are so versatile.  

This one was pretty much brand new when I found it on half price day at Salvation Army. I painted it white and distressed it.

Not only is it cute just sitting in a corner, but it also works great as wine shelf,

or a towel holder for the bathroom,

or as a display and book shelf.

Stepladders also make great plant stands, stuffed animal perches, porch display pieces, or blanket holders. Be sure to pick up the next stepladder you find--you are sure to find a use for it!
